My Boots was damages but Catepiller was a no show

Bought a pair of Cat Boots a Cape Union, my boots got a little bit damages, these boots cost R1499. I have mailed Cape Union mart and Caterpillar Sa, all that the can say is sorry, they cant help. i will never buy shoes or this brand again as they have bad customer service. rather support a company who is worth your money and time.
