Bad service at Nine West

I would like to complaint about my experience with Nine West Gateway. On the 30th of March 2013 I purchased a pair of boots at the shop in Gateway. When I tried to fit the shoe I was wearing a pair of jeans so the zip could not go up completely and the Sales Lady advised that I can return them if they dont fit and I needed to try them without the jeans. In was in a hurry so I took the boots with the knowledge that I would be able to return them. I stay in Newcastle, I had to drive back to Newcastle. When I got home the boots still did not go up without the jeans this time. I called them the following day stating my problem and they explained to me that the slip says 10 working days which gives me 2 weeks to return the item. I returned the boots 10 days time, then I was told that they can't take them because the shoes were already worn, I have never worn the boots except for when I was fitting them. If they are saying the boots were worn that means they sold me shoes that were already worn s I have never worn them. It not the first time that I bought anything from that shop and I am very dissapointed with them and I do not thing I will ever purchase anything from them.
