Waited two weeks for damaged and dirty shoes

I ordered (and paid R600 for) a pair of boots to be delivered to the Fourways Truworths two weeks ago. I went today to collect them and the box was torn to pieces. The shoes were damaged and full of a sticky, dirty glue.

I really want the boots, but how am I supposed to feel comfortable with paying R600 for a pair of boots that are in such bad condition? What if I buy them and two weeks later they fall to pieces?

What kind of service is this that goods are treated so badly?
