You list me as a bad payer in ITC, and i pay my account every month?? I want to purchase a home but i get declined because Hi Fi Corp has incompetent staff working for them, Head Office??? you never see them, you never hear from them... Clear my name today! this is not my mess up at all. I went to the N1 branch on Saturday, i was assured of feedback by mid day today, it is pass mid day! if this not sorted out today latest tomorrow, i will be going to the consumer complaints section. in a nut shell, you f&*^&*%^ up, i took out a washing machine, my banking details not loaded, you called me to say my first payment did not go off, so i go into canal walk, pay the amount update my details for the 4th time and me thinking everything is sorted i get hit with itc bad listing??? seriously? you say i am 4 months in arrears but my details was updated not once but 4 times at canal walk!!!
