I bought a brand new Samsung 43inch tv from Game Festival Mall 24 October 2012. The screen now have lines and black spots. I insisted that I want a new tv or my money back but they say it must go in for repairs. They offer me a loan unit but they give me an old box 54 cm tv. Why do I pay R4800 for a new tv but when it give problem I must be satisfied with second hand junk.
