I had just gone to draw money at the ATM, R100 to be exact. With FNB I get an instant notification that I draw money and the amounts etc. I walked straight from the FNB to the Tops at Spar to ask for change I walked to Cythia "Williams" and handed her R50. She kindly gave me change. While she was doing that I asked if she couldnt make a plan to give me more, she reached over and took another R50. She said sorry she really cant give me more, I said it was fine but can I please get my R50 back because you took R100 and I only have R50. SHOCKINGLY she said "Sorry I don't remember taking the other R50'!!! I went and fetched my phone out my car, showed them the message from FNB, showed them I only had R50 on me out of the R100 I initially walked into the store with. She refused to give me back my other R50! She from me right in front of my eyes. I called the manager, who then took the entire till away to "Count" and came back and said "Sorry mam she is actually short R4.80". I said to the manager "Do you realise that you were actually R54.80 short becuase she just took my R50! I AM DISGUSTED! The manager literally did nothing he just said "She is our best cashier" - Aka a!!
