I went into Bayside store yesterday and the RCS representative was on her cellphone, more worried about that rubbish than assisting a customer. Also has the audacity to call me a. I swear if I don't get a formal apology I'm gonna do something very stupid. Remember this isn;t the only way to tell people about the extremely poor service you people offer and the extreme lack of customer SERVICE!!!
