I went to game in westgate to buy an iron for my mother on 01/09/13, I bought the verimark steam extreme iron. However when I got home my mom didn't like it and she said she prefers the old fashion silver plated iron. So I went to Clearwater to exchange for another one. When I got there the lady behind the desk at the customer service called Henry, and when he got there he said to me he's not willing to help I must take the iron back to westgate, He's tired of people buying somewhere and crediting by him. I asked to speak to the manager and the lady said to Henry that she didn't call the manager coz he's gonna do it for me anyway, that's why she called him. I refused to leave until I got what I want and he said he can offer me a voucher not a refund, otherwise I should just leave. I kept quite and he then called the manager on the line, and the manager agreed to the refund, he was so angry at the manager's decision that he kept on going on and on about how he hates customers that buy somewhere and credit by him n that he doesn't abide by game laws as he works for verimark, he was so rude and loud. I ended up getting a refund and went to buy an iron somewhere..poor service indeed
