10 day delay

I ordered and paid for a book and got the confirmation on 03 April 2013. The terms were that the book was to be delivered to my nearest store (Morningside) on the 8th of April 2012. When the deadline passed, I tried calling Morningside and could not get through (their lines seem to be always busy). Anyway I eventually got through and they had not received the book. Anyway I was eventually told that I would only get the book after the 20th. Shocking that no-one had bothered to tell me this until I queried it 10 days later. Exclusive Books needs to realise that there are a number of online bookstores that we can use and that I will use going forward because clearly customer service is not a priority to them. Guess Kalahari, Istore and Amazon will be getting all my book club purchases from now on.
