I ordered a book and fridge magnet online, only to receive an email after paying for the item that it would be delivered a month later. After discovering this I emailed the orders department and thereafter recieved a call from an agent at exclusive books, she advised that my book would be delivered seperate from the fridge magnet due to availibility and that I would have my order between 24-28 June. It is now the 5th July, no book has arrived. You cannot track your order online as promised and the call centre does not answer there phones. After trying for two days I got hold of someone at the call centre who confirms my order has not yet even been dispatched, and would refund my money. That is totally unprofessional service. As an avid lover of exclusive books and there vast range I dont think they should have an online option if it takes over 3 weeks to get your item and secondly ruins there reputation. Online ordering is meant to be easier, funny how one cannot receive a book within a month due to know stock but the exclusive books shop 5km away has 100 copies.
