NO DELIVERY / NO SERVICE

I ordered and paid in full for an item online through HomeChoice on 04/02/2013. I was told that parcel was dispatched on 06/02/2013 and delivery will be 2-4 weeks. On 07/03/2013 I send an email asking an ETA of my parcel that is now overdue. I received an email this morning from Patricia Matakane thanking me for my query and that my order was returned 22/02/2013. That's ALL her email said. I almost paid R1000 for something I am not getting so I think it will be better to get a FULL refund.
