Dissatisfation with Truworths

I'm am a account holder.
About 2 months ago I was contacted my a call center person - I informed this person that I intend to pay off my account and then close it.
This will be in the next 2 months - full payment will be made.

I've been harrassed daily with calls from Trueworths Durban office for payment.
I asked the person I had spoken to - to make a note on the system of my intenstion.
Still being harrassed and at all hours of the day.

This morning I get an sms stating that I'm being handed over - what part of paying and CLOSING DOWN my account do you NOT UNDERSTAND

I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!

I AM TELLING YOU THAT THIS ACCOUNT WILL BE PAID OFF AND CLOSED BY END MAY - 2 MONTHS.
i HAVE TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS OFMY EXPERIENCE WITH YOU - AND THIS SMS THIS MORNING HAS BEEN THE LAST STRAW.
AND I WILL NEVER DO ANY SHOPPING AT ANY OF YOUR STORE EVER AGAIN.

THE TREATMENT I HAVE RECEIVED THUS FOR FOR AN ACCOUNT JUST OVER A YEAR OLD IS DISGUSTING

I EXPECT AN APOLOGY AND THE HARRASSMENT TO STOP.
i SAID THE ACCOUNT WILL BE PAID AND IT WILL BE!!!
