I ordered some bedding about a week and a half ago. Today i phone to follow up on my order to see when they will deliver it. Last week i spoke to 2 different people to make sure they have the right address. Today this lady tells me it was sent to my home address, where i clearly told them 3 times now that it has to be delivered to my office address. Thursday and Friday I am not at the office, but thats probably when they will deliver my stuff, now homechoice is making it inconvenient for me. if they just took the right address down from the start this would not have happened. now who is going to sign my parcel off, if im not at the office???
I read quite a lot of complaints about homechoice before I ordered anything... but thought i would give them a chance... as I saw a couple of compliments as well? I should have known these people are incompetent at what they are doing. When I get my parcel what is going to be the next problem??? Bills?? Bad Quality products??? I do have to say I expected a lot more from this company!!! they quick to take your order and quick to put you through to their annoying survey to rate them, but their service is actually!!
