I ordered a Duvet Set from homechoice on the 22nd of April 2013 and i got an SMS the next day to say that my order was dispatched i will get it in a few days time; i made sure there was someone at home the whole week so that they can find someone when they deliver; i decided to call and ask when do they think my order will be delivered they said i should expect in in 2 weeks time; its the 3rd week now and i cant afford to pay this person that is staying at my house anymore to wait for the parcel; when i phoned them again they said my parcel is with the driver and they do not know when will it be delivered i must just wait for it; their customer service department does not know who the delivery company is so i cant call them to track my order. they have been saying they will work on their delivery process but i am not seeing any change; home choice should improve on this or they will loose customers because a lot of people are complaining about this
