On 29/07/2013 we order Raphael single recliner & single and 2 double recliner, while there was stock.
A placed my order via my account, and homechoice send met confirmation, and thank you for your order sms.
A week later I phoned them to find out what the progress is on my order, and they informed me that they will received stock on that Friday and we will received delivery in the following week. The following week when I query delivery date they told me they had to cancel my order b/c they don't have stock. Twice they promise me
that a supervisor will call me back, b/c when I order the items they were in stock, otherwise I would not be able to add it to my basket. Up until today nobody phone me back.
I will never place an order with home choice again
