On the 28/06/2013 i have ordered a Danaka duvet set at Home choice worth R5210.15 and i gave them the address that they need to deliver the parcel to. On the 02/08/2013 i have made a payment of R5210 into their account hoping that my delivery will be delivered as per their promise. The parcel was never deliverd until today and when i phone them they said that i must fax the affidavit to fax no 021 680 8161 that they will investigate.i have faxed the requested document but still there is no response, yesterday i have phoned again and spoke to Linda and she was very rude to me she even told me that she is working with lot of people, when i asked her about my parcel she said that i must fax the affidavit, i told her that it has already been faxed but she insisted that i do so again. At this point i want my money back as they have failed to deliver my parcel on time and i am loosing a lot of money phoning them everyday and not being helped
