I reported my card on the 27 -01-2013. Every time I go in to old khaki Maponya mall for replacement card. They could go through to the call centre as it was busy. I have been there 4 times already without any help until the 16-04-2013. When I was finally assisted and got the card. Problem is I could make payment cause J didn't have a card and the systems they use card pull up my record with my I'D. Was in areas for 2 month now they listed me on itchy and they can't remove me now. Hello peter please advise. I made a call today and the consultant I spoke to says it's my problem as I never paid. This people hardly sent statement keep saying it's my local post office whereas I receive my other mail and their typical systems don't show your balance. Please advise accordingly I Want my name removed from itc.
