I noticed that my garage card balance was settled automatically from the available credit on my Titanium Credit card. This was not communicated to me and was done on 18/01/2013. This is unacceptable. I just received my new garage card and now the consultant tells me that this card is no longer in use. This has placed my credit record in an unfavourable position as my Titanium credit card is overdrawn. The credit facility on both cards were not consolidated as one yet the debt has been consolidated. Please URGENTLY advise!!!
