What a let down

Massmart/Wallmart has no after sales service at all.
We bought a washer dryer on Sunday past, we received fairly good service when buying the product.
We agreed a Tuesday evening delivery and as we were leaving the shop we were assured by store manager Benji we will receive the unit on Tuesday.
This did not happen and there was no effort made by Benji to sort this out to our benefit that evening basically telling us he wanted to close the shop and could not wait for the transport to collect the unit. This after Benji and his staff failed to ensure that the goods were collected that morning.
We were then assured that the masjine will be delivered by nine am on Wednesday, again we had to chase up with the transport company Southrock with no assistance or follow up from the Grove staff.
Unit then delivered late without the inlet pipe, which we had to go and collect from the store. One would think after all their failures in this deal that they would offer to deliver this one item two kilometeres down the road. They clearly have no clue on how to keep your customer happy.
