I would just like to thank Teljoy for the outstanding service! I enquierd about a Tv unit on the sunday. On the monday i got a phone call from Lizanne Kruger about the unit. Being my first time as a teljoy customer she explained what i needed in full detail and was extremely friendly, she followed up with an email 10min later. After i sent through my documentation i received an sms within the hour. She called back confirming that my unit would be delivered the next morning at a convenient time. On tuesday i got a phone call from the delivery guys confirming that my unit would be delivered. I arrived home that evening to find my beautiful unit built up perfectly. Thank you Teljoy for an outstanding service, the only complaint is that i would love to fill out a customer service rating form to give your staff a 10/10. I look forward to buying my next thing from Teljoy. Well done Lizanne!
