I am a regular customer at Truworths and spend more than R 2000 at Truworths on clothing per month. I went to Truworths at the Grove to buy myself a jacket. I wanted to take a photo of a jacket which I wanted to buy to send it to some one and ask for their opinion, whereafter Suzan (the RUDE manager) rudely informed me that I am not allowed to do that. I asked her where the signs are and she was absolutely rude!! How can a company like Truworths not have signs if this is their company policy? I think as a customer that I should be treated with MUCH more respect. I am truly unhappy with what happened.
