I recently bought the Skylanders game from the on-line store & when it was delivered the box was broken all the seals was opened & was asked by the delivery guy to make sure all the items was there. the package defiantly looked like it was a 2nd hand item. Since I bought this as a present I was to embarrassed to give it as a present.
I then phoned customer service to have the unit replaced & since then have been given the run around, every time I phoned I got the same answer "we sourcing another unit, we awaiting feedback from this DC"
I just think now that they got my money they just don't give a dam about you!!!
Will defiantly not be buying from them!!!
