Bad service

I went to go replace my battery at Auto-zone Booysens this morning i got there at 07:50 am they said i should pay first then they replace the battery. The battery that they wanted to replace it with A Smaller one, so I politely refused and asked if there was an alternative the guy said NO! and said i can ask for a refund and left me there with his security guard... I asked to speak to the manager he assisted but it took 45 minutes extra to get a replacement for a battery and on top of that charged extra. Is this the type of service we pay for? All i got was a lousy sorry. Not sympathetic at all!
