I purchased a Willard battery from these people in July 2012. The invoice clearly states that the battery has a 12 month warranty. The battery is dead now, and according to Laurence, the battery I returned is not the battery they sold me, because it is dated 2010 on the battery! I have not changed the battery, nor have I left my vehicle in any place where it would be possible for somebody to swop it. I contacted Willard Head Office, and was informed that Xpert Battery Centre have not purchased batteries from them since 2010, which just goes to show what and liars these people are. They sold me an old battery, and are now refusing to replace it. I have been assisted by Willard Head Office with a replacement, and I might add, MUCH better customer service than the jokers at Xpert Battery Centre Highlands North.
