Attttude stinks. customer service should be taught

I purchased a sony cybershot camera from the store2 weeks ago. And attempted using it. None of the pictures were clear so I took it back to the store. I had experinced bad attitude frompeter that hadhelped. He didn't even look at the problem I was assesing. I asked if I could please see the store manager as she helped me when I purchased it, I was told that there isn't a store manager in till next week. I believe this is utter as every retail store should have a store manager and an assistant. I was told just book it in there's nothing else. I mean. I want to be treated like a human, have a look at the camera. Maybe its just a setting. Game cressta should teach this store about customer service
