BAD ATTITUTE

I was suppose to pay R900 and i paid R700, after few days they contacted me to find out when am i making another payment. I told the white lady that i will pay as soon as i get the money, but she was very rude demanding that i must give her a date and i kept on insisting that i cannot give her the exact date of payment as i do not know when i will get the money. She told me that she will put my name on the list of the debtors that must be contacted everyday. She threatened me but saying that i will be liable for the penalty of the calls they make to contact me. She was very very rude she hung up the phone without even listening to what i was going to say to her. I feel that they must teach their consultants phone ethics because i have never defaulted but i was treated with disrespect. They must stop it
