Get billing details right

I arranged for a debit order payment with Homechoice when i bought stuff from them (1st time). To my surprise i keep receiving calls that my payments have not gone through - the consultants are rude when they do so and they act as if you said you never wanted to pay. The oversight was on your side and i don't understand why i have to be punished for your own mistakes. I don't have time to keep checking my bank statement to see if debit orders have gone through. I spoke to Awonke and he promised to fix the D/O and i made a transfer to Homechoice's account. Your website states that such payments may take up to 48 hours to reflect and to my dismay, i got more than 3 calls that day 'demanding' payment. All that has stopped and i believe payment has been received finally! My problem is a statement sent though post stating that i owe Homechoice close to R400! My instalment is R193 give or take a month. Why do i all of a sudden owe the coming month's instalment? I just checked my account online and my due date for payments is now the 26th! I arranged for the 1st of the month because i get paid at the end of the month. Get a real accountant and stop messing us up! I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM YOU AGAI
