On Monday the 3rd of February 2014 I made a payment of R 150-00 onto my account. I used my debit card as payment method and when I inquired as to why the amount paid did not reflect onto my account, a Damian told me that he doesn't know what happened. I insisted to know why, he then called Joann, she then asked me what was happening and I was then told that there was " no " EFT payment for me. She was unable to assist me and I took my slips and returned to the store on 06/02 and spoke to Joann again, which started off with an attitude and accused me of being rude, I was then made out to be a as according to her, I was unable to provide PROOF that the money was in fact taken off my bank account, When I explained to her that it was indeed deducted from my bank account, she told me that I'm being rude and that I shouldn't have an attitude. The one with the attitude seems to be her, as she treated another WHITE lady with the exact same disrespect as I was treated with on Saturday,
Her incompetency and rudeness means that I will now settle and CLOSE my account with Mr. Price, ONCE this matter is resolved!!
