I was contacted by Schulenburg regarding an account that was not paid in full by my medical aid, I told them to kindly email me the relevant documents with the account number to make the payment. Miss. van Zyl who i was talking to was very demanding with regards to when payment could be made, i told her i will do it as soon as possible. Not knowing in the mean time my Husband has logged us our of our Internet banking facility. i have been trying to get logged in but no luck. I then forward an email to Schulenburg explaining my situation and no response. But phone call after phone call kept coming in and becoming very rude and demanding. i understand that i am liable for the outstanding amount but to demand for payment during the month for an excessive amount is uncalled for. Schulenburg might be happy with there staff being rude or demanding monies out of people like they do. But surely this leaves a bad taste in your month as a law firm does this to customers. I hope something gets done about it cause your companies repatriation is loosing there credibility in South Africa, and in these hard time you can't have this in your company.
