On the 17th of April I purchased and paid for a voucher for a Sony Slimline 1T Hardrive. It was part of the Top Mother's Day Deals. After entering my delivery address and credit card details I clicked proceed, I was alerted via sms that the payment had come off of my credit card however the screen 'hung' and eventually went back to the home page without giving me any confirmation of the deal or a voucher code etc. I have called the Daddy's Deals head office 4 times since then, on one occasion I was told that the payment had been received and they would forward me the documentation, the next day after not receiving anything I called back only to be told the payment had in fact been reversed. I checked again this morning and the payment is still reflecting on my credit card statement, when I called again I was told they would get back to me, I am still waiting. All I am looking for is a voucher code or confirmation that the payment has been reversed. I do not think this is asking too much?!
