I have an account with Edgars Stores/Edcon. I opted for e-mail statements. Edgars stopped sending me statements in February 2013 which is more than 6 months ago and despite numerous calls to their call center, I still am not getting my account statements which are crucial in monitoring activity on my account and for updates on any changes to my total monthly installment and progression of outstanding balance.
