December 2012 I went to Joshua doore greenacres to buy a bed and bedroom suite. I went to pick up the bedroom suite at the branch. Upon assembling the dressing table I noticed that the two side mirrors were hanging scew, so I removed it to see what was going on and saw that the hinges were not alighned and has been moved from one place to another and that there were few cracks in the frame. Complaint (1): I spoke to the sales guy and said he'll chat to his manager and I never got a response. Complaint (2): End of january 2013 I got a customer suvey call from them to ask me how was the service and am I happy with the service So I told her the same story and she said that she going to log a complaint. Complaint (3): End february I recieved a call from a sales lady at the branch to say that I qualify to buy for ..., but said no and explaint the same thing... blablabla and she's going to log a complaint. Complaint (4): Easter saturday I went to the branch to speak to the branch manager, he promised me he'll get back to the folowing week. Complaint (5): The folowing saturday I went back and the manager refered me to another lady and she phoned a person to see whats wrong the monday.
