I called Pick n pay customer service regarding the six pack yoghurt i bought from them for my son. it's a pick n pay brand. I normally buy them as they are tasty and not too sweet but on that particular day the bubblegum flavour was too sweet. Something must have gone wrong when they were mixing ingredients because i buy it everyweekend and it's not usually that sweet. i phoned the customer service and spoke to a lady and told me that the complaint will be followed up on and i will be given feedback. She took my details and even phoned me the next day to confirm my surname, but even today i never received any feedback not even an apology sms. I am very dissapointed by pick n Pay as they are currently a leading store on my list
