On the 15/12/2012 I purchased a Brisbane Bedroom suite and payed for delivery and storage until end of Feb 2013.In middle Jan JD phoned me and said they want to deliver my bed suite. I said no I payed for storage up until end of Feb. Every single week they phone me to hear if they can deliver. Three weeks ago I got and said they must deliver it. They confirmed they will deliver it, for 3 weeks they said they will deliver it. They did not pitch on the 16/2. On Monday they phoned and said the factory does not have stock, and that they will deliver it on the 21? 2 which is a public holiday. Public holiday came and no delivery. I went into the branch and spoke to a sweet lady that tried to help us called Ina. We were promised delivery on the 22/2, R500 discount and a free gift for all our trouble. We got the suite today and on opening the product the hinges was torn out of the wood.
The manger Kobus has been BullSing wy GF so much with empty promises. I want my money back and want steps to be taking against the manager and the sales lady Lila.
I will be in the store at 09:00 tomorrow to personally speak to Kobus as I want my money back and JD out of my house.
