Failure of refund
On the 20th of September I made a lay-bye at a boutique having taken the terms and conditions into consideration. I then requested for a refund due to affordability on the 21 September, which they refused to give. The slip clearly stipulates that "no cash refund on goods returned" which does not apply to me since I made a lay-bye and not a purchase. All I want is my money back and not the credit note which they said I would get on month end. The goods are still with them and I did not return any goods.
