I bought a pair of knee length FLAT boots from nine west and paid OnE THOUSAND rand for them. I got them hoping they would be my staple boot for this winter. I chose to buy an expensive nine west boot thinking the quality would be superior to others. However when I used it, it was the most uncomfortable shoe I've ever worn. It barely bends at the ankles and toes. It's like wearing a wooden shoe. My feet hurt for two days after wearing them as they cut into my toes (I have Normal feet FYI). I took it back to the shop and explained this but I was told I could not be refunded as there was no manufacturing defect. I cannot accept that I paid R1000 for shoes I can never wear. I expect better from nine west- I have bought shoes from there before with no problem.
