I was at the ackermans in bellville to return boots that i had bought on the 08.04.2013 i was told that the boots we worn and cudnt be taken i however told the store manager i had not worn the boots she was very helpful she called a few which did not answer their phones and she called a guy who said i cannot be given cash back as per CPA which the showed and i read and understood my problem is that on their receipts theres nothing about if you purchased shoes you will not get a full refund you will have to take something of that same im not happy about this because their reciept is written something else but when you go and return the good you shown something different i need some clarity on this.
