NO FEEDBACK FROM SUPPLIER OF DAMAGED GOODS

I purchased a pair of 204 grey suede ankle boots on the 27/04/2013 for R500.By the 20/05/2013, the sole of the boots was coming out. The boots did not even last for a month. This was so disappointing as I had only worn them about 4 times in that period and the fact that I drive to work and I dont walk long distance.

I returned the boots on Sunday the 2nd of June 2013. The lady who helped me indicated that the boots will be shipped to Capetown where the designer is situated and then the designer will decide whether to give me a new sets of boots or (s) he returns the same damaged boots to me. She said that the shop will give me a call within 6 days (not working days) and indicate what the designer has decided.

Based on this, it is disturbing that a store as big as this can have such a policy, because I paid my money for those shoes, now I dont have the shoes, I dont have have the money (as it is sitting in YDE's account) and I have also not recieved any FEEDBACK from the designer.

Will some1 please call and tell me where my shoes are, otherwise can I request to have my money back and I will make sure I dont go anywhere near your stores in the future.
