I purchased a pair of Bronx R499 pair of boots on Saturday only to realise after been worn once, they are starting to make clicking sounds on the heels. I am quite shocked over the fact that knowing Bronx brand is exceptionally high maintenance that I could after wearing the boots for one day can be making such noises on wearing the second time. This is not good for the Bronx brand and I would appreciate that the shoes be replaced with no fuss. This is a factory fault that I am not liable for.
