I bought a pair of shoes at Lakeside Mall, Benoni, in Dec 2012. The buckle of the shoe broke off, and the manager replaced the pair of shoes with no hassle. She kept the box and my proof of purchase. Two months later the shoe's sole broke entirly. I went back to the store, to find a new manager. He asked for the slip, which I don't have anymore. I contacted the Head office and spoke to Gugu, who asked me to go find the slip. WHERE must I get the slip, if the manager kept it??? She then promised that her manager would give me a call, but no one has contacted me. I have also used the Contact us form on the website, with no reply. Bata promises a 6 month guarantee?? Please take note of this mismanagement episode, which is to my disadvantage!!!
