Long Queue and Ignored by Store Manage

On a Saturday Morning the 6th July I went shopping at Edgars The Glen to purchase goods and after standing in the queue to pay I noticed that there were only 3 tellers working and 8 terminals. A supervisor approached the cashiers and removed cash from their tills and I approached her to ask if there are perhaps not more cashiers available as there were more that 40 clients in the queue waiting to pay. I was totally ignored by this person and after asking the cashier who she was she said she was not allowed to tell me. I approached another person in the store and asked them and they gave me the name of NIVOO PATHER who they say was the Store Manager. I was totally shocked that a manager treated me in this way. I queried the pricing on the goods that I purchased as they were marked R220.00 and Charged me R279.99. I was told by a different supervisor that the pricing has gone up and I must pay the higher price or I can leave the goods. I insisted on the price on the items and was only credited for the one item. If you see on the labels on the racks all the tickets have been torn off and new increased pricing put on. Check the retail pricing laws and inform your staff.
