Disgusting staff and service at Clearwater Mall

Saturday month end with 4 items to purchase I waited about 20minutes in a lengthy queue that didnt move as there were only 2 tellers, 1 of which had some problem so was stuck. The lady who later identified herself as the manager said the tellers were drinking coffee. Eventually the ladies in the queue got irritated and I told her to get help. This lady (Louisa Moketse) then gave me every excuse as to why she couldnt do this. I told her to stop talking to me and get the manager. She told me she was the manager. I told her that her conduct disputed this and to get the store manager. She then proceeded to slander me in her language to another teller not realising I understood every word. I asked her not to talk about me in anoher language but to rather say it to me - she denied that. In front of the customers she proceeded to tell us that if we did like it there were many other stores to chose from - and then denied it when we told the real store manager. The Store manager - Estelle quickly got extra tellers in and got contact details of other witnesses. This 'manager's' conduct was disgusting; loud, abuse and inappropriate - I left tempted to close my account and never return.
