Shocking disgusting service from Truworths Nkolisi

The level of service from management, Nkolisi Phili is shocking, he is incompetent and useless, I cant understand why Truworths appointed him as a manager, I took my gran for an additional card on the 08/01/2013, we filled in the forms and handed all documents. I was told that it takes 6 weeks to get the card. 6 weeks had gone by and we still had not received the card. When I called Chatsowrth branch, the manager checked and said that Head office had not received the application, I then asked him why no follow up had taken place and he said that it is not his job, he has a busy store to run and we need to come into the store and reapply. I refused to go back into the store and luckily I had a copy of the form, he asked me to refax it and he will then fax to head office. I faxed it on the 20/2/2013 with a fax confirmation. I followed up 6 weeks later and he told me that he did not receive the application and I must refax the form or come in. I asked him to call Head office and he said he cant because they dont accept calls. I am frustrated and angry at the way we have been treated. We spend alot of money on Truworths, we pay R1400 a month and to be treated this way is totally unacceptable!
