Damaged goods not sorted

I paid R2444.90 for a set of pots in 2011;the agreement was that it had a lifetime guarantee and any issues would be sorted. The lids broke within the first three months. Every month I am being promised by an consultant that this will be sorted, but I need to purchase more goods! I will never support this company again, and I AM EXPECTING THEM TO SORT OUT MY PROBLEM.
