Bought pots in April 15piece with glass lids and some time lastweek 2 lids broke, took them back yesterday and this so called manager JOHAN said we broke them or they fell however we know We ddint why would we do that we use them for cooking everyday *SMH*...they took my number work and personal im still waiting for the call, WE are even willing to add money and buy another set since the ones we had are sold out even in other branches. Never had a problem with H/Home before im actually shocked that guy didnt even care. Can an area manager look into this since they said they dont work weekends, spoke to Thapelo who also said he will call before 12 and its almost 2 now. Im very angry since i use these pots to cook for my kid and fiance this must be resolved today.
