So I ordered a dress on sale, and I found it too small, but I thought I'd loose weight and fit. Days later (within 14 days though), I realised that I won't fit now and decided to return the dress. I did the return online, but it didn't have the exchange option and i still wanted the dress, which was now out of sale. After I have done the return, I contacted them and the lady that helped me, did it for me, I got an exchange for a size bigger within 1 working day of collecting the small one, and on the sale price. I am so impressed with their prompt service; is not even funny. Zando and the Z'team, you rock my fashion world...
