I went to Postnet Edenvale, and I thought that I would Courier a parcel to Cape Town to a friend of mine.
The staff were friendly, and good. So I gave them the parcel, and paid the amount, not taking insurance due to the fact it was a bit to much for my budget...
So Dean said that my friend would get the parcel the next day, don't know what time? But she will get it...
The next day, ooooh the next DAY.. My friend got the parcel, and she was not happy at all.
The parcel was OPENED, and I sealed with clear sellotape, due to the fact people open goods...
The box was Damaged, and Better Yet, The parcel was a TABLET, and the Screen was CRACKED...
Why was this done to my parcel? Was is because I did not take out insurance on it?
So Im very upset about this.. Now what do I have to do to get this problem sorted??? /

I want this sorted out!!! We lost money due to this fact, and my friend got damaged GOODS...
