I puchased a set of stainless steel pots from Makro;brand product: "endurance", 8 piece stainless steel pots;product labelled as "lifetime guarantee";purchased on 23/05/2013.Unsatisfactory quality, as food, especially rice dishes, are regularly burned. I returned the pots to Makro who offered a refund (10 SEPT.2013) but the manufacturing company, "tevo" refused to agree to a refund. A personal and direct call to "tevo" based in Gateway, KZN also met with a refusal for a refund (Date: 23/05/2013). I paid R1500 for the set and wish to be refunded.as the pots are not usable for the purposes for which it was intended and the lifetime guarantee is a false promise made.
