Cannot contact the customer care helpline??? I bought the upright carpet cleaner in January this year and when I came to use it on the 13th March, it did not work so the very next day I took it back for repairs as per the 1 yer guarantee. I was told it takes 10 working days. After this time had gone I had heard nothing and until now have still had zero feedback over a month later. So last week iI decided to follow up myself, I have called the customer helpline on numerous occasions and stay on hold for over 10 minutes a time before I give up and never get an answer. When you press 1 to leave message it simply disconnects and at this stage I seriously doubt anyone would really call back. So I have been talking to the guy at Randridge mall where I handed the cleaner inand he said he has sent e-mails and also seems to experience no answer when contacting the helpline for information. The only details I have got back from him is that they do in fact have the machine. So I hope someone will be in touch now that i have to use this avenue. Also tried both numbers again this morning several times and no answeer from either any of the time.
