Eventually when someone at Checkers Horizon View answered the phone, (after 3 phone calls of no body answering) I asked them a question, and the woman proceeded to shout in her language at another person on the other side, completely ignoring that I was trying to talk to her. Eventually, she said "Hello" and then was only willing to talk to me. How unprofessional! Never mind that she was completely unable to even answer the question I asked her. Really disappointed in this Checkers - I really liked shopping here. Is there perhaps new management? Terrible service.
